At Fly One Studios, our Recreational Pathway is designed for students of all ages who want to dance for enjoyment, fitness, creativity, and personal growth. Classes emphasize age-appropriate technique, confidence, and a love for movement—without the time commitment or intensity of our Pre-Professional Program.
Whether you’re taking your first dance steps or returning to movement after a break, the Recreational Pathway provides a welcoming, supportive environment to explore, create, and grow.

Ballet is the foundation of dance technique. Recreational ballet introduces alignment, posture, coordination, and basic vocabulary in a fun, engaging way.

Contemporary and modern dance emphasize fluid movement, expression, and musicality. Classes are playful while building strength and control.
