Acrobatics blends classical dance technique with controlled acrobatic skills. Dancers develop strength, flexibility, balance, and precision while safely progressing through rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, aerials, and tumbling skills. Emphasis is placed on alignment, conditioning, and clean execution for performance and competition readiness.
Attire: Any color leotard and any color tights.
If a dancer plans on performing acro, jazz shoes or foot undies are required.

Take the art of dance up into the air, using silks, hoop (lyra), and hammock. Aerial Dancers build strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness simultaneously, as they learn daring skills, beautiful shapes, and build sequences through magical transitions. Classes emphasize safe technique, conditioning, creative movement, and confidence on and off the apparatus. Open to beginners through advanced levels with appropriate progressions.
Attire: Any color leotard and any color leggings. No jewelry permitted.

Fly 1 - 1 acrobatics class, 1 aerial apparatus class, 1 ballet class

Ballet provides the technical foundation for all dance styles. Classes focus on alignment, posture, strength, flexibility, and musicality through barre, center, and across-the-floor work. Dancers build grace, control, discipline, and strong technique in a supportive environment.
Attire:
• Pre-Ballet: Pink or skin-toned tights, pink or skin-toned ballet shoes, any color dress or leotard
• Ballet Levels 1–5: Black leotard, pink or skin-toned tights, pink or skin-toned ballet shoes
• Ballet 5: Color leotard permitted on Saturdays; black leotard required for rehearsals

Choreography class gives students the opportunity to learn repertoire quickly and efficiently. Dancers are challenged to pick up movement at a fast pace, retain choreography, and adapt to different styles. This class prepares students for auditions and provides insight into the expectations and experience of professional company life, emphasizing focus, versatility, and performance quality.
Attire: Black leotard, tights, any color skirt.

Contemporary/Lyrical combines ballet, modern, and jazz to create expressive, emotional movement. Dancers focus on fluidity, musicality, control, and storytelling through movement. Classes emphasize technique, flexibility, and creative expression.
Attire: Any color leotard and any color leggings
Requirement: 2 ballet classes a week, 1 ballet class. Minimum age 10.

The art of Flow catches many of the other acts you’d see under a circus tent. Students learn to manipulate a wide variety of different props including flow-star, poi, staffs, and juggling balls. These skills teach hand-eye coordination, balance, spatial-awareness, and rhythm, and are equally as entertaining to watch as to perform. Emphasis is placedon cross-body symmetry (learning everything on both sides), and having FUN!
Attire: Form-fitting shirt or leotard.

Hip Hop is an energetic class focused on rhythm, musicality, and personal style.
Dancers learn foundational grooves, footwork, isolations, and choreography inspired by street and commercial hip hop styles. Classes promote confidence, creativity, and individuality in a fun, supportive environment.
Attire:
Hip Hop 1
• Boys: Athletic pants and a fitted solid-color t-shirt
• Girls: Leggings and a fitted solid-color t-shirt
• Hair up
• No shorts
• No outside street shoes or barefoot. Split sole shoes. Jazz shoes.

Our Jazz program develops technique, musicality, and performance skills in a progressive, level-based structure:
Jazz 1 (Foundation): Introductory jazz technique, rhythm, and movement fundamentals. Focuses on coordination, musicality, and performance confidence.
Jazz 2 (Intermediate): Builds strength, versatility, and stylistic awareness. Dancers refine turns, jumps, and movement quality.
Jazz 3 (Advanced/Pre-Professional Prep): Prepares dancers for high-level performance. Emphasis on precision, expression, and stage presence.
Dancers are placed by skill and readiness rather than age, and each level is designed to support growth, artistry, and technical development.
Attire: Any color leotard and any color leggings, jazz shoes.

Modern dance encourages freedom of movement and artistic expression while building strong technical skills. Using techniques such as contraction and release, fall and recovery, and floor work, dancers explore breath, weight, and dynamic movement. Classes blend structured technique with creative exploration.
Attire: Black leotard with pink tights or black leotard with black tights and black leggings
Requirement: Minimum 2 ballet classes a week. Minimum age 8.
