Fly One began with the dreams of a little girl……my daughter. Our journey has been anything but ordinary. She found her love for aerial arts and to this day, I continue to encourage her growth as an aerial artist. Through every step, I learned so much about dance, aerial, safety, empowering artists, and ways to showcase & foster their creative expression.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. I am inspired by the arts and am passionate about harboring an impactful space that allows dancers to flourish & have the tools to soar in their dance journey. Our mission is to ignite the spirit of movement and wonder in every body at every age. To create a space where dance can take flight. Literally. I am grateful to be surrounded by a phenomenal group of creative instructors, incredible accompanists, brilliant front desk, driven dancers, AND compassionate families as all of us inspire the work here at Fly One Studios.

Fly One is proud to be the first hybrid dance and aerial studio in the South Bay area.  Our goal is to provide exceptional dance AND aerial education rooted in specialized instruction, strong technique, artistic integrity, and respect for all styles of movement, while supporting dancers of all ages in reaching their individual goals. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

It is of utmost importance for us to create a home away from home for our dancers. To cherish community that celebrates potential, inspires imagination, and uplifts one another to reach past our limits, “to fly” one could say. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
